Since our products are individually manufactured for you after your order (print-on-demand), the right of withdrawal is excluded according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

An exchange or return is therefore generally not possible.

✅ Exception: Defects or faulty delivery

If your order is faulty (e.g. wrong item, damaged goods or production defects), your statutory warranty rights will of course apply.

In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

🎨 Note on colors and quality

Please note that slight color variations may occur with custom-made items due to printing processes or different screen settings. These do not constitute a defect and therefore do not entitle you to a return.

We ensure the highest quality in all our products. Should you nevertheless notice an error or deviation, please contact us immediately.

📦 Return costs

In case of justified defects, we will cover the return costs.

In the case of unjustified returns (e.g. due to dissatisfaction or incorrect size), returns are excluded.
